We have our own app for our clients, which we will help you navigate. Any tracking devices need to be set up and linked. And then there is our online portal where you, as a client, will have access to loads of free information, guides, and resources. There is a wealth of information available to you that can only help you in your journey to improved health and fitness.
Once all the technology is set up, it’s time for you to have a strategy call with your coach.
This is where your coach develops a tailored plan for you to follow. You will collaborate with your coach to ensure that your plan is something that you can mutually agree to. Remember that this is just the first step, as your plan will be progressively updated every 4 weeks.
You will have a regular 1-on-1 support session with your coach. This enables you and your coach to discuss your progress, how you are finding your programme, any stumbling blocks you have experienced, etc. Your coach is an important source of support, motivation, and information as you work your way through the programme.
You will have constant access to all the information you need to get the best possible results from your programme.
You can access the Defeat Diabetes Australia online portal as well as your tailored plan whenever you need to. Remember that your plan covers both movement and nourishment, and will be updated every 4 weeks. These adjustments are designed to be progressive, based on your individual progress and tailored to your needs and goals.
